What a staffing backbone is.

A staffing backbone is a fixed point of contact in the background of your business: someone who knows the people before proposing them, who knows your needs before the next position opens up, and who is available on every working day. This is how Anza Trade works.

The concept

What a backbone is for.

People we know

A CV says what someone writes about themselves. A backbone looks closer. We read every application by hand and look at the introduction video, work samples and documents before we propose anyone. What the person states stays in the profile as their own statement; we do not check documents with those who issued them.

A portfolio, not a claim

A profile includes a short introduction video and up to three samples of the person’s own work. You hear how they speak and see what they do before you invite anyone.

Available on every working day

Staffing questions do not wait for an appointment. With a backbone, you write on any working day to someone who knows your business: when a position falls vacant, when a question is open before the trial day, when someone leaves again.

Advice in both directions

You say whom you need. We say what we see: which profiles are realistic right now, how much German a position really requires and where a requirement narrows the search more than it needs to. And we ask back, because the person should also know what they are getting into.

A selection for every request

You get no database and no pile of CVs. For each request we put the profiles together one by one, and we also tell you when no one fits right now.

A proposal from us

This is what a profile looks like.

For your request you receive individual profiles, each laid out the same way.

  • Introduction video

You hear how the person speaks before you invite them.

  • At a glance

German level, residence, labour market access, languages.

  • Work samples

Up to three photos or videos of their own work.

In their own words

Four years in kitchens, most recently two years as a commis cook in a restaurant with a lunch service and an evening menu. Starters and hot mains, mise en place for the station, orders and deliveries. I stay calm when it gets busy and learn new menus quickly. I speak German at work; in long conversations I still need some patience.

The description comes from the person and appears in the profile unchanged.

You receive contact details as soon as you request an interview. Until then, contact runs through us.

The process

From the need to the permanent job.

  1. 01

    Request form

You enter whom you are looking for: role, from when, hours, the German needed.

  2. 02

    Profiles and trial day

We introduce suitable candidates. You decide after the trial day.

  3. 03

    Hiring and refilling

The employment contract is made directly with you. If the position falls vacant again, we keep searching.

Terms agreed in writing before you sign, their form discussed when we talk; free of charge for candidates.
