How we work
You tell us whom you are looking for: occupation, hours, from when. We approach candidates and read every application by hand. Those we consider a good fit we introduce to you, with their German level by CEFR as the person states it. You hold the interview yourself. The employment or apprenticeship contract is made directly between your business and the worker, with no temporary agency work.
What this looks like for a business is described on the page How we work.
Legal framework
Anza Trade never becomes the employer. You sign the employment contract directly with the person. For candidates, the placement is free of charge. The details are set out, in German, on the page Compliance.
